Introduction

Kabil Integrated Industrial Estate (KIIE) manages Citramas Group’s industrial estate which consists of PT. Kabil Indonusa Estate (KIE) and PT. Kabil Citranusa (KCN). The industrial estate spans over 540 hectares of coastal waterfront land and is strategically located along Batam's eastern seaboard. KIIE has been developed to cater to the oil & gas and energy related industries, especially companies requiring large land plots with close access to the coast for movement of heavy and over-sized cargo.

Infrastructure & Facilities

The estate's up-to-date Infrastructure and Facilities as well as the our service commitment ensure that tenants operate with peace of mind. Tenants also benefit from our own International Cargo Port which transforms the estate into compelling operating destination for energy companies.

Awards & Certification

For our efforts at developing a successful industrial estate KIIE has been awarded the 2nd Best Industrial Estate outside of Java in 2015. Additionally, the Indonesian government has gazetted KIIE a National Vital Object since 2014 in recognition of its important and contribution to the national economy. KIIE believes in maintaining a high quality of service to tenants and conforms to ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Our Key Tenants include globally recognized names such as Sembcorp Marine Offshore Engineering (Singapore), Shawcor (USA), Yokohama (Japan), Citratubindo / Vallourec (France), Toyo Kanetsu (Japan), Tenaris (Argentina/Italy), Austin Engineering (Australia), Premier Oil (USA), Conoco Phillips (USA), KS Distribution (Singapore), Subsea Structure (Singapore), Parker Drilling (USA) and Ciputra Group (Indonesia).

Free Trade Zone & Investment Incentives

Batam island, including KIIE, is also within a Free Trade Zone. The Indonesian government strongly encourages new investments into Batam and provides Investment Incentives making the island a compelling investment destination. Incentives include exemption from import duty, value added tax (VAT) and excise for capital goods and raw materials imported into the island. There is also no VAT for all transactions within the island.

Joint Development Projects

KIIE has also entered into joint development projects to ensure that the estate remains an attractive investment destination. These include a staff housing dormitory project with Indonesia's Pension Fund BPJS, as well as 'CitraAerolink' - a high end business, logistic and warehousing project with Indonesia's Ciputra Group.

Corporate Social Responsibility

Through Citramas Group's Community Foundation we are also committed to developing the local community with a range of community events and projects including religious and sporting facilities.
