Kabil Integrated Industrial Estate (KIIE) co-operates with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan to develop the worker dormitories located within KIIE. These dormitories provide clean and tidy rooms for workers in our industrial estate. When fully developed it will be milestone project with a total of 20 twin tower blocks. Each block has 4 floors, 25 rooms per floor and each room can accommodate 4 persons. Each room has 2 double deck beds, 4 cupboards, chairs, fan, curtain. In-room air-conditioning and internet access are available at additional charge. In total this housing complex can accommodate up to 8.000 workers, together with a medical centre, provision shops and staff canteen.

The first 10 twin towers project has already been completed and is currently fully operational. Planning for the  next 8 Twin Towers has already started and development will commence soon.
